About us

A safer way to raise concerns at work

Continuous psychosocial risk assessment for Australian employers. Anonymous check-ins and concern reports surface hazards early, and a register records what you did about them.

Why we built it

Workplaces don't fail on psychological health and safety because they don't care. They fail because employees avoid formal reporting channels that feel visible, unsafe or pointless, so the people responsible for managing risk are the last to find out.

By the time something surfaces through a resignation or a claim, it has usually been true for a long time. HowsWork closes that gap. Employees raise concerns with no account, login or name attached, and employers see what's happening while it's still small enough to fix.

Anonymity has to be real rather than promised, and check-ins have to be short enough that people finish them. This isn't employers against employees. People speak up when they believe something will change, and employers can only act on what they know.
